Some votes might be missed, even though during the issues even opening the website was a problem, let alone trying to post anything new on it... if you notice missed votes please do report them here. Or just do a quick edit of the post and the bot should catch that it has not voted for it yet and do it automatically. Recently there have been some connection issues with the public nodes looking at the logs, so more votes might have been missed by the bot, even when the Steemit frontend is working fine.
