The main objective of GSF is to make sure anybody can become fit if they put their mind to it! They welcome hurdles and challenges, as every client of theirs is unique and has a different workout regime and dietary restrictions. There are certain clients who opt for stamina training, while others opt for speed and agility. The trainers focus on beginners as they require attention with their basic training skills. They are taught the basic set of exercises, and the how-to instructions pertaining to lifting weights, stretching, and overall training. After a time period, beginners start training with the advanced level students and eventually pick up the pace with their training as well. In order to keep the body, fit and active, every day is a new workout plan, varying from Cardio to kick-boxing to Muay Thai to MMA to speed circuit training to yoga. As the trainers say, they will make sure you are prepared by developing the “real world strength” in you.

GSF also conducts special workshops where they invite guest trainers to come and conduct a 1-day workshop and include their entire client list, in order to share the experience with everybody. They also conduct outdoor activities such as outdoor runs and also training at the beach, in order to increase their fitness level by pushing themselves to the limit in such vigorous conditions! Trainers make sure that every person exercising at GSF knows the workout schedule. The total duration of one session is 60 minutes, which is broken down into three parts. Seven and a half minutes are spent on warming up the body, as these workouts are extreme and can cause harm if one’s body is not fully ready for it. The warm up is followed by training continuously for 45 minutes, where the trainers make sure that everybody is getting the best exposure towards the exercises. At the end, the last 7 and half minutes are used for cooling the body down. This is done on a daily basis in order to induce the perfect workout.
