Will they steal our money in Poloniex or Bittrex? Should We Invest in the Exchangers?
Good day. today I bring you a post in order to get comments on two exchanges.
Poloniex has had a good time with complaints from its users, and been reading a number of comments or twitts complaining about poloniex services, the most critical is the inability to support its users, too slow.
Their policy is that we should wait an average of 90 days to get a response, personally I sent a ticket to support that they answered me in 65 days, in all that time my btc were unproduced, which annoyed me a lot.
Similar complaints and been reading in social networks and groups, from my point of view is one of the worst exchanges in giving support but excellent to make exchanges. I leave it to you.
the Second Exchange is Bittrex that there are many complaints about account blocking and balance disappearance. I really do not know what they do with our retained BTCs they may be stealing us.
Be very careful in working with them, it is more advisable to work with brockers if you want to do trading in margin trading.
I am waiting for your comments, that you think about these two exchanges and if we should invest in them.
