Crime fighting Diary No 6

I went out again this evening to see little action. There were prostitutes about but I had read the letter the police sent me recently. Prostitution was only illegal during the day (whenever that was). So I couldn't beat down on the prostitutes for loose change.
So I settled on a guy in a wheelchair. He could have used the sidewalk, but he took a what must have been illegal maneuver onto the road. I immediately ran at him, and double kicked him in the chest knocking him off of his chair. He went flying.
