The artist had showcased four human figures that stepped on one another to form a human tower.
I guess there can be two common interpretations of this art piece.
We often need one another to move higher.
A great team is formed when every member can make good use of one another's strengths and compensate for their weaknesses.
On the negative side of the interpretation would be the competitiveness of a corporate world where people may take advantage of us to move themselves to a higher position.
