Life lies in sports. In my life, I always regard sports as very important. I also prove the importance of sports to me through practical actions. In sports, I have been doing it for four months, so I can show you the results of my sports. This is my first time to show, please forgive me.

生命在于运动，我的一生之中我总是将运动看得非常重要，我自身也以实际行动来证明运动对我的重要性。在体育运动方面，我已经进行了四个月了，那么可以展示一下我的运动结果了，这也是我第一次展示，请多多包涵。

This year, I have been doing deep squatting, from the beginning of non-heavy squatting to the later four months of heavy squatting, and then to the changes in the amount of exercise.

我今年的运动方式一直都是深蹲运动，从刚开始的非负重深蹲到后期四个月的负重深蹲，再到运动量方面的变化。

The change in the amount of exercise is from 100 squats at the beginning to 200 squats in the middle, then 200 squats in the morning and 700 squats in the afternoon.

而在运动量方面的变化则是从一开始的100下负重深蹲然后改变为中期的200下负重深蹲，再然后就是现如今的上午200负重深蹲，下午700下负重深蹲。

体育运动的重要性是为了自身的健康而进行的，当健康得到满足的同时便可以开始塑身，让自己拥有完美的身材。

但是想要拥有健康与完美的身材是需要日复一日地坚持的，并且还需要为自己设定一定的运动量，运动量肯定不能太少。

体育运动从来都不是一个简单过程，而是一个自我约束，自觉的过程。体育运动从来都不是为别人而进行的，而是为了自己。
