平安醒狮
民俗化的狮子头有一个非常好听的名字叫“平安醒狮”，这是女儿学习刺绣的第二福作品，也是一副挂件，比第一副大了许多，也复杂了起来，一号作品只是用到了一号针，这副作品用上了三种，可见难度有所增加。
第一副用了不到俩小时就大功告成，可这幅却用了一天半的时间才算收尾。女儿说，第一副回头看不过是锻炼了穿针引线的熟练程度，用色单一，针法单调。
随着接下来的刺绣便是锻炼各种针刺的方法和用线穿插的技巧，需要的是细致和耐心了。
女儿说，接下来的几幅作品也都是依照刺绣的基本针法来学习的，最高境界是不需要模板的，一针一线还是色调调配尽在心中，那可能需要十年，二十几年的勤学苦练才能拥有的技能。
女儿说，别看小小的刺绣，那可是大有学问在里面，这是咱老祖宗传承下来的一门艺术瑰宝，世界那么大，我也想去看看！
