Behold what I'd like to do on every bid-bot.
ENOUGH making a few people lots of money by falling into their apathetic traps.
Bid-bots are the easy way out and artificially inflate just about everything.
Are the proceeds really worth everyone's relative contribution to the demise of a healthy human-based meritocracy?
We have the power to rebuild this place if we all chip in and do some work.
You want a sustainable ROI??? Forget your shrinking daily delegation payout and start pumping good energy into the platform.
We can stop the race to zero if people stop passively expecting income and higher prices, and simply contribute to these goals.
Start engaging, giving, sharing, rewarding... Make the bid-bots crawl back into the profiteering hole they came from.
If people don't wake up soon enough, nothing is going to get better.

Not you, but those who manage the big bots make sure they're eating lobster and steak while most others CAN'T eat. This is because they're sapping up the Steem Power delegations from medium/large investors, and encouraging automated earnings instead of engagement to continue growing and rewarding the community.
I know you're working with a bot, but you also actively engage the community with a good spirit. Most others are simply kingpins raking in profits off of others trying to squeeze some money out of a broken system because it doesn't work well as intended.
I get it, that’s true I mean a lot more money goes to the big ass bot holders and all they do is just get more money and give less back.

The folks that are against bid-bots are simply too dispersed and lack any real Steem Power to promote such a message. Also the motivations of most of the individuals here are short-sighted and selfish. The platform itself is rather underwhelming. Most products are simply copies of ones that do it better. We really need an infusion of creativity to create applications that are worthy of new user's attention and utilize the blockchain to create a novel experience. All I see is a wilting blogging platform with a few sprinkles of social media here and there.
