A country with a passion: Grilling!

 
Today I take a moment from the theme of these weeks, that is the trip to Croatia to return to talk about places closer, my country, Prunetta! Prunetta in addition to re-enactments and festivals also takes care of another activity grilling! In the village the veg lifestyle is banned, the butcher is the local popstar. Among the events that gather more support among the villagers is undoubtedly the barbecue at the circolino. The plumber and the baker who are competing for the sacred place on the grill are usually employed in shifts. From seven o'clock the village is filled with the smell of meat that cooks and trails of perfumed smoke. How not to be given a certain languorino? 

 The grill attracts a lot and if you are not at the club at eight o'clock you can not avoid queuing up.
The grilled meat goes from sausages to sausages and for the one with difficoult taste sometimes it is also grilled Swiss and chops.
If you want you can put in the bread, strictly from the local oven!
And you can always add chips and drinks!
Off limit for fans of healthy food!
If you go from Prunetta during a barbecue I suggest you do not miss it!
The welcome is guaranteed, the flab as they say in Tuscany too!
I adore these simple but pleasurable occasions where we eat good meat and we are all together.
The country grills are one of my favorite  moments.
