How to make your own elderflower syrup - easy and simple!

INGREDIENTS AND RECIPE:

  • 25 elderflowers
  • 3 L of water
  • 2 kg of sugar
  • 5 dkg of citric acid

After you pick these fragrant flowers (pick the best looking ones :), put them in the pot and cover them with water...

Add sugar and easily mix until it dissolves. Leave it for 24 hours...

Next day! Take a clean gauze to filter your syrup...

At the end you add citric acid into the syrup and you are DONE! I told you it was easy :) Will you try it?
