After avoiding it for so long, COVID has finally found it's way into our home...

It's been a little over 2 years now since we really first learned of COVID and how significant it was. We locked ourselves in our homes, kept away from family and friends and got our vaccines like we were told to do. As careful as we've been though there's just some things you can't avoid forever but thankfully so far it's just been like having a really bad cold and no one has wound up in the hospital yet and hopefully won't at all. This is definitely bad though and to think these strains now are less likely to be life threatening than the original strands but it's still scary nonetheless just seeing your test results come back positive and thinking the worst.

Hopefully this will all be behind us soon enough but right now it's spreading like crazy around where we live anyway which I assume is the same thing most places.
