Don’t want me using your artwork? No problem, stop imposing it on me and enforcing that its a major part of my life.
I can’t walk outside or glance in the direction of a city without a corporate logo pervading my vision. I think if your artwork is so friggin huge that people can’t avoid looking at it, or is playing so loud in public spaces that it can’t help but be heard- You’ve sacrificed your rights to ownership! Its become a part of the landscape and no one can own the rights to the landscape. If you own the rights to the landscape, you own the rights to human vision . . . .If this BS continues unabated, we devolve into a society where you’re not allowed to open your eyes without paying someone a fee.
