Cook with Us #4 - Kebabs with Italian Salad

This has been a very busy week.

Chicken kebabs are really enjoyable as a wrap - but I preferred a really good salad. Turned the greek salad into an Italian salad by adding the peppadews and mixed Italian herbs.

I made some chicken kebabs for our Easter meal. Fried in light olive oil and spiced with Italian herbs - this made a wonderful meal. Served with a salad made with baby spinach leaves, cucumber, baby tomatoes, onion, bottled red peppers (peppadews), brocolli, feta cheese and olives. Dressed with mixed Italian herbs as well

Some of our friends celebrated Easter this weekend - but the Cyprus people only celebrate next weekend.
