We are so happy to be back for season two and we want to share with you some new
developments. These weekly newsletters are a great way for you to stay up to speed with what is happening at CwU. Let’s get to the news…

Happening Now

We are pleased to announce that with extra sponsorship received, we will be able to keep the 2nd and 3rd place awards in the Winners’ Circle for season two. We first added the 2nd and 3rd place to the Winners’ Circle toward the end of season one when we picked up a sponsor. But, we did not know if we would be able to continue with those awards in season two.
Sponsorship is the main way that we are able to expand Cook with Us and offer more rewards. If you know anyone that is interested in being a sponsor, please have them contact us.

Coming Soon

One new development for season two is that CwU will be having some guest judges. We have one judge lined up for a week in August and we are looking to add some more. It will be fun for everyone to have some high profile Steemians visit the CwU competition and help us to judge.

We are also super excited to announce a special contest collaboration between CwU and @docsmith. The grand prize of the three week contest is a beautiful handcrafted knife made by @docsmith. @docsmith is a masterful craftsman and his original handmade knives are works of art. Please visit @docsmith’s page here to see and support his incredible work. This contest will happen during our next break. Everyone that is participating will be required to register for this special contest in advance. We will open up the registration 30 days before the start of the competition. The contest will take place over three weeks time and will have progressively harder challenges each week. A @docsmith knife is a major prize and the difficulty of this special contest will reflect that. Make sure to check back for updates about the @docsmith and CwU special contest.
