Ingredients
- 2 or 3 eggs;
- 2-3 tablespoons of minced meat;
- greens - to taste;
- vegetable oil - for frying.
Cooking
Whisk the eggs, whip them in a frying pan and cook until ready.
Put an omelet on a plate, adding a couple of tablespoons of minced meat.
Season with finely chopped greens.
