this technic is sooo perfect 👌🏻 not too salty at all because when the fish is cooked you’ve to remove the skin :) thanks for the support dear, I hope you’re well !
Thai people BBQ salt encursted fish here in the local markets - always such a simple and yummy and fresh way to cook. Only difference here is the fish is alive in a big plastic tub when you choose it - keeps the Asian food poisoning out of the equation and means it is SOOO FRESH and SOOOO good! A big enough fish for 2 costs me about $4. :)

nope, most of the salt remains in the skin and then you remove it when it’s ready :))
