DTube Cooking: Belgian Waffles
Hi Dtube!
Today's on the menu, is one of my favs...
Belgian Waffles
INGREDIENTS:
2 eggs separate
2 C all-purpose flour
1 ¾ c milk
½ C coconut oil
1 T raw sugar
4 t baking powder
¼ t salt
½ t vanilla extract
Preheat waffle iron. Beat egg whites till stiff. Beat egg yellows till fluffy and flour, milk, oil, sugar, baking powder, salt, vanilla and mix together. Fold in egg whites. Pour mix in waffle iron, cook until golden brown. Top with maple syrup and butter.

Can't say I've tried it with waffles but your the second reccomendation so I'll have to give it a shot next time.😁
