Chocolate Peanut Butter Cake
Ingredients
1 teaspoon Vanilla
2 table Peanut Butter
170 grams Brown Sugar
3 Eggs, saperate Yolk and White
120 grams Self rising Flour, strained
100 grams Flour
190 ml Milk
Caramel Filling
2 tablespoon Caramel Topping
Chocolate Butter Cream
65 ml Water
2 Eggs Yolk
100 Melted dark Cooking Chocolate
60 grams Butter
Making Steps
Insert slowly and gentle flour and milk till all blanded.
Mean while beat in high speed egg white till hardened and stiff, pour in to butter dough and stir well.
Prepare round pan that already grease and lined baker paper, pour the batter in to it and bake about 45 minutes with 180C degree.
When cooked and done, sliced in 3 part, spread the filling in every layer and let cooling in fridge about 1 hour before We garnish with chocolate frosting.
Beat egg yolk till soften, pour the hot syrup into it and still beating till all blanding, add in melted chocolate and butter, beat till thicken and shine.
The last step is covered the cake with chocolate butter frosting and cooling down.
Peanut Butter Cake ready to be serve and slice.
