Seriously, this platform can be tough. I've been around a while and a lot of you new guys are having a tough time! So, tell me about it. I want to help. Just leave me a description of the issue, or question and I'll reply to every single comment, with the best solution I can come up with.

number 1 seems the most whimsical to me
I think you commented on the wrong post.
You are correct sir! Did you have the story contest to pick a story?
That was @markrmorrisjr, he's got another one up today, I think.
you are 2 for 2!
That's what I do!
Tengo un mes usando la plataforma, mis ultimos blogs no han sido votados. Como puedo lograr aumentar la cantidad de votos en mis publucaciones? Puedes darles un vistazo al algunos? Que me recomendarias?
I took a look. I don't read spanish, and the browser translation is a little off, so I can't tell about your writing, but, your presentation is very good. Nicely formatted, good images, the only problem I can find is cervantes. If I were you, I'd stop using that as your main category. Also, when you write in spanish, I'd make sure every post is tagged as spanish. Lastly, you might take a look at @dolphinschool. the last post over there was done in seven short segments, published like 5 minutes apart in the same category. It hasn't earned much money, but the votes and comments were good. You might consider something like that. You've got to raise your exposure. Post some photos to steep shot, join a contest, keep making new friends every day. Over on @markrmorrisjr blog, he just finished something called #dolphinschool bootcamp, ten days of lessons in how to steemit. I'd read that. Also, are you promoting anywhere else? There are lots of Facebook groups for steemit, and some in Spanish. Twitter is also good, and if you click on the hamburger menu in the top right corner, beside your profile image, and find steemit chat, there are lots of places to leave links there to promote them. Your views are also very low. So, no one is seeing your work. You might try different categories. That's all I can see. Your content is not the issue. You are commenting and replying. Just get out more and bring people in. A good topic is what to do when you first get here. It won't earn much money, but you can promote it in introduce yourself to the new users with a link.
Thank you very much for your valuable comments, many of which I will put into practice, hugs.
Great! Thanks for asking the question. I hope it helps. Please let me know if I can ever help you in any way.
My major issue is getting maximum exposure for my posts given the high number of posts being created at any one given time?
For one, you haven't written anything new in 6 days. Two, you're not tapping into your biggest asset, the growing africa tag. Three, I think Livesustainably as a category doesn't get enough views. 3. You need to do some audience engagement posts, like maybe a contest or something to gain new followers. but, I think the biggest problem is your categories, go through the list in the hamburger menu under "explore" and find some that have more traffic. You're not giving your work its best chance at exposure.
Thank you, am looking into more relevant tags with more traffic/posts atleast to increase exposure.
in looking at your category, I saw "ecotrain" as one. I'd still use the same tag for your articles, just not in the lead position. BTW, you can go in and edit those tags, all except the main one, to see if you get new attention. Are you promoting on Steemit chat? Go to the hamburger menu, it's in that list. Lots of great places to leave a link back to your work. As well as Facebook Steemit groups, and really any Facebook group that promotes ecology, you might even recruit new steemers that way!
Hey @steemgoblin-
I just wanted to stop in and say Hi. I really enjoy your work and all the effort you put into the community. I look for your posts everyday and upvote nearly all of them. I've learned a lot from you and #dolphinschool since i've been here on steemit. I just wanted to let you know you add a great deal of value to this platform and it is not unnoticed. Keep doing what you do.
Hey, thanks! I appreciate you saying so. Steem on!
I think my biggest issue right now is bandwidth errors. I am new so I seem to be highly restricted in how active I can be...which is a total catch-22, since the more active you are, the more you can grow!
Wow, ain't it the truth, though? Here's a great series from the @dolphinschool blog that was just put up yesterday. There's some great tips in here for spreading yourself out a bit. Here's a link to it. If you're not yet, follow @dolphinschool and @markrmorrisjr and read all the dolphinschool stuff, lots of great tips for growing. https://steemit.com/tutorial/@dolphinschool/how-you-can-beat-the-bandwidth-limits-and-succeed-on-steemit-from-day-one-in-6-easy-steps
I have been reading up on @dolphinschool tutorials. Thanks for putting everything out there for beginners!
@dolphinschool answered this one exactly as I would have. I was looking for the link when he swept to the rescue!
