well, I just want to know how to introduce this platform to a person who is purely non-technical and having a regular job and do not have any interest in the technology behind it, besides its practical real-life future effects, or you can say how it is going to affect a normal individual's life.
For the simple folk:
I like to describe it as an censorship free user contribution investment, your account and it’s value is your investment. With your investment comes the ability to pay others for their contributions in the form of upvotes that have a dollar value associated with them. You can directly choose whom you wish to get paid and help support those contributions. It’s like being a share holder and deciding on contributors paycheques based on how much of the company you own.
