The Everton U 2.5 is for the match total which had 7 goals.
I know it can be confusing thinking it's Everton to score less then 2.5 goals, but it's the most compact way to list and record the bets. Based on the odds, the unders should be extremely easy to when when they only involve one team.
I hope this clears it out.
Ok, I misunderstood and I made my prediction thinking about U/O was referred to the team and not to the match.
