Earlier in the day I had told @papa-pepper that I like to wear things and support things that matter, not just some name brand faceless corporation that does little to nothing to enrich the lives of people and may in fact do the opposite and hurt humanity when I said:

Like when I used to wear all my Jesus gear every day out in public and it started outreach chats.

Earlier this week I posted one of my Liberty based Activist Post - entries on things I have done to stand up for Liberty - here was the main photo from that post -- I am the guy in the red:
These are handmade Limited Edition shirts and Papa is always doing something fun and meaningful in life.
WRT this, here is what he said on THAT:

I won a shirt as you can see this week, and that got me to thinking how can I help and further the cause here? I do not make tons of money on here like some do, and flags have hurt my payouts as it is by certain whales who decide they do not like me...what can I do to help a little bit??
I decided to tell Papa that I would donate $5 SBD to him to offset the costs he is incurring, use biblical principles of the tithe (giving back / of your time or out of earnings) to give back and sow (invest) into this cause, and also help out just as others including Papa -- have helped me along the way in terms of time, friendship, a good laugh, or donations to help me out.
The New Testament tells us to give. It does not tell us WHAT to give. These are Kingdom Principles I try and live out daily as a Christian even though I struggle and have a lot of challenges like many of you do.
The post where I was notified I was a random winner of this cool shirt LOL, lots of Canadians named in that post, just saying eh!!!

Well, I'm still very new to the scene and learning the ropes, but I see an incredible means to bring out better writers and free thinkers. I have always enjoyed writing but have never had a great outlet to do so (most social media just isn't conducive). But here on steemit, I can share my writing and actually make MONEY doing what I enjoy...and I've reached a larger audience than I have on any blog! Thanks to cryptocurrencies, more people are encouraged and empowered to pursue writing and the arts because they can see an actual physical return for their work, while at the same time receiving valuable critiques and constructive comments.
So how am I using steemit to better my own life? I'm sharing my passion with the community and connecting to like minded individuals! I get to educate and entertain people around the world with my experiences. And I connect with other awesome people, like @papa-pepper, who share my interests. The money I make writing here will go towards my future goal: to open a reptile-themed animal care facility!

Done and Done. I’m really new to crypto. If it wasn’t for Steemit I would probably never be able to get insight into it. I see huge potential of Blockchain and cryptos connected to it in transformation of humanity’s standards and I think that is much needed. I want to be part of that! You can get to know my efforts in this article and as you will see, I could use a Steemit shirt! Acts after all count more than plain talk. What I would use it for? If people decide that my contribution deserves portion of the reward pools I will use the money to pay next year’s World Ultimate Club Championships (if you’re interested in what sport am I talking about check this out. Since we are amateurs we don’t get any pay even though we are basically full-time committed and I probably won’t save up enough money on my own, since the tournament will be held in States (far far away:D). That would be start. If I get my hands on more? I could even self-publish my book. The limits would be endless. Also I want to be a curator on Steemit. I would enjoy seeking out the good content and actually reward the authors with more than 0,001. I want to share more with those who contributed to me!

Seems a bit strange to win something toward which I contributed prize funding, but I can't complain!
I gave it a lot of thought man. I had to really decide btw the final 5 I liked and the REASONS why.
I liked the way you went after the fraudulent system and gov't controlled nonsense in strong language.
I liked the way I have seen you do it in the past on here, even though we do not talk much any more like I said.
I know you will continue to do the same and preach the same Liberty and truth based message.
Your generosity to contribute then stuck out to me on top of all that.

These are the reasons I decided that you have been at this on here long enough and I have seen your heart and courage and then generosity.

What does cryptocurrencies mean for me? Hmm what a broad question. I am a cryptographer so it was mesmerizing to see what crypto could do help people all around the world, empowering people in so many ways, building in a very new and open way.
Steem(it) is also my cute little think that let me write and voice my brain, heart and soul. And get crypto, and save my ass more than a couple a time.
