How can a giant like Facebook make the mistake of censoring the same voice multiple times?

The problem is Facebook has outsourced their censorship operations. Based on what I know, Facebook has been training staff in countries like India to take flagged algorithmic problematic content and then deciding whether it should be removed or allowed.

The mistakes we are seeing are definitely because of human error. This is where we are at with cenship now. It's truly concerning and it's only going to get worse.
