Modern Society Is Insane - How Light Pollution Has Increased And Normalized Schitzophrenia

It really doesnt matter whats on the screen. Just staring at the screen inhibits pineal gland function.

We wear sunglasses to protect ourselves from the invisible UV rays during a sunny day, but we actually feel the lower ones. This leads us to think that at night time, when the sun is gone, that these lights are fine, but these high frequency lights dont hurt our lenses, because they move through them, into our brains. We dont suspect that they are damaging.

How stupid would I look in a dark room watching TV with sunglasses on? But I'd be the smartest person in the room.

One of the easiest ways to maintain good health aside from food diet, is to understand light is absorbed always, and that with the introduction of white lights, which is pretty recent in human history, humanity began to shift heavily away from its congruence with nature. Our Circadian Rhythm was disturbed.

High frequency blue lights prevent the pineal gland from producing melatonin. In natural creatures who do not have high frequency light at night, they tire earlier and melatonin helps them have better sleep, so they wake with the sun, refreshed and better prepared for their days.

Then there is humanity in the modern age, who stays up late at night, doesnt get complete sleep, who doesnt enter deep sleeps, and thus the deep dreaming (REM) which is divine. We no longer inner image, at least, not the ways we did before night light pollution.

Night time doesnt naturally look like this, and before it did, most of us slept better, and thus, were more tuned in to our natural environment.

Psychoses like Schitzophrenia are increased like mad in this type of society. This explains why we went crazy after TVs were put into so many households in the 1950s. The 1960s were insane. Prior to that, the only high frequency light that came at night was the moon, but that moon wasnt being stared at for hours at a time, and wasnt always present.

Oh the irony fof watching the moon landing on television. Did we land on it? Or did it land on us?

It has always been believed that the moon makes us crazy, and recently science has proven that it does indeed interrupt us adversely at night time. Imagine the power of the moon in your living room, keeping you from producing melatonin, the hormone that helps you enter deep sleeps to visit the other side and have divine visions ... but its not a natural object.

Its a TV, and while you cannot sleep, it penetrates your visual cortex and becomes your waking dream, burning its images into your subconscious, adjusting triggers to lead your emotions. You become it, you create its reality. You never question whats behind it.

Unlike real dreams, I can assure you, it is nothing divine. We have not become better with TV, with these screens that we allow to put us into textbook hypnotic trances, have we?

They physically and psychically rewire us, turning us into schitzos, normalizing the condition, making us not only out of sync with nature, but with true reality in general. The shit is poison.

Now Im not telling you to ditch all of your screen devices, but in this day and age we have to be more mindful of the shit we let in. Our lower brains do not discriminate. Our critical faculties are literally lulled and weakened while ingesting passive media. There are no nutrition labels on the Kardashians or MTV, but Im sure you can imagine that it would be GMO as fuck.

Also, use a blue light filter at night, and rather than white and blue light bulbs at night, try to go with yellow and amber, as they allow you to produce melatonin at near the same level as the rest of nature in your time zone, so that you can be more aligned with her. She speaks to us all, if you allow her.

This article took me back to my grade school days where I used to criticize the overuse of digital devices. Why? I can't exactly recall, But I can confidently​ say I was the most disliked kid in my grade because of it.

I think it goes deeper than this although all your points are factual. I think, but can't prove, that 'they' are messing with the atmosphere and especially manipulating high and low-pressure systems and they're doing this to further disrupt human bio-rhythms. Why is completely speculative.
I do copious amounts of yoga and meditation to try and offset these shenanigans but I also did things when I was young that probably did little good for the spiritual systems within me. Nonetheless, I carry on like all good wayward sons should...
