Software like Photoshop is not "free". You can illegally commit copyright infringement and download it but you can do this on a Mac as well (it's not really any harder to find these days). Rampant copyright infringement is one reason companies are trying to move everything to the cloud and go to a subscription based approach.
If you really need the latest version of Photoshop or give a toss whether it it's "legal" or not you better keep donating your $ to the zionists.
But if you are happy with CS6 it's all good.
