I am working in this direct gateway

For those who are too lazy to learn to use Bitshares or find it too complicated.

It will query the instant prices to define the exchange rate and perform the transfer immediately.

So far I have successfully sent WEKUs to STEEM during the tests and will be implementing the STEEM to WEKU tomorrow

Why use it ?

For once Bitshares is not only annoying and difficult to use, also charges FEES...
The beauty of the STEEM blockchain is that transactions are free.
Not only that, once you paid WEKU for BTS and paid a FEE for the sell / buy operation + the feee of the ossuer you need to send the BTS to blocktrades or other intermediary to convert to steem (power Bitshares users know how to avoid this, i havent figured it out safely)

So you are paying each time fees to :

Bitshares
Weku coin backers
Blocktrades
Plus the market spread.
Using the direct gateway you pay a small fee once in the tests I've done i have saved about 3% meaning more steem for my weku and more weku for my steem.

Ideally the buyers will supply for the sellers so the more people uses it the more availability the service will have.

If for some reason we are out of funds, the bots reimburse automatically, so there are no worries.

Please do not use until i formally announce it.
