He sounds like a guy that really puts a lot of depth into each work. I mean real depth. Forecasting the future of an industry is always a gambling for your future reputation beyond the living years. I believe this one was like the Asimov for comics.
Ha! Yeah, that's a good way to put it! He was extrapolating from where he sat at the time, which was right on the doorstep of some really big tech changes. And the guy isn't only insightful, he genuinely cares, so this book wasn't frivolous speculation. Still, it's an interesting read.
