All of us need comforts from others. Time to time we experienced difficulties in life that makes us down. Everyday we need to face the challenge of making small decisions to bigger decisions. And sometimes it's overwhelming how to cope with it! And we find ourselves out of limit and almost giving up!

But focusing too much on your problem can make it worst! So, how can we avoid it? First, think that your not alone. Billions or even trillions of people struggle to face their day to day problem. Some were big, some were small. So, the point is we all need help and comfort! So, where can we find it?
* Family

The first thing that comes to your mind is your Family. Yes, it is right since they are the closest people we can go nearby.
* Friends
Yes, indeed a friends kind and loving words can heal and refresh us. But since humans have only limitations sometimes we can't get enough help from them. So, who is the best person we can approach for comfort?
* God

2 Corinthians 1:3,4
Praised be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of tender mercies and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our trials so that we may be able to comfort others in any sort of trial with the comfort that we receive from God. For just as the sufferings for the Christ abound in us, so the comfort we receive through the Christ also abounds.
So, God is our foremost source of comfort but do you know how He do that? He gave us His word, the Bible to read his comforting words and message.

The practical advice were there for us to be wise in coping with our problems. And as we go through it, we are in better position to help others too. Like what was mention a while ago in the Bible text in 2 Cor. 1:3,4:
so that we may be able to comfort others in any sort of trial with the comfort that we receive from God.
And because we know the feeling of being comforted so we do the same. And being mindful of others situations can lessen the pain we go through as we know that we are not alone in this situations. And it diverts our loneliness into positive vibes as we are trying to help and be a good example to others on how we were able to cope with our problems. Therefore, let us imitate our God Jehovah by being a source of comfort to others.

Yeah, we all need the comfort. Even sometimes, everybody is thinking that you are strong, you can't hide to yourself that we might feel sadness. Our biggest comforter is God. When I'm drowning with my problems. I just keep in reading his words and praying to him. Association to our family and friends will help us too. Indeed! I agree of what you've written @cutirenskei.
