A wall of used-gum in Seattle, WA
Seattle is a beautiful city and well worth a visit if you ever find yourself in the Pacific North West. However, there is one "tourist attraction" and I kind of use that term a tad loosely, as it is pretty gross and made me think that people are just weird. Its a wall near the Pike Public market, which is amazing in its own right BUT if you go to the alley beside the market there is section that is covered in used chewing gum..
Yep, a tad gross and it is a tad disturbing about how many people not only constantly contribute to this colourful wall but how many people desire selfies with a wall of chewed up human spit. Regardless, of what it actually is, it does provide a somewhat colourful aspect to an otherwise dark and dim alleyway.

I know a very attractive and smart couple who are known to take ABC gum from this wall and chew it.
Upon further clarification with the male partner of the aforementioned couple, it is only him who chews the ABC gum. Sorry for any confusion this has caused.

That’s my town! 😄They removed the gum at some point, but i am guessing that lasted all of 2 seconds.
The gum wall is part of Pike’s market, so if you’re going to the market there is no reason not to see the gum wall. It’s gross, it’s funny, and overall a quirky aspect is Seattle culture. I would call it a must, and a good photo op
