Caramelized Apple or Toffee Apple
For this candy you'll need:
-water,
-sugar,
-vinegar,
-glucose,
-red food color,
-one medium pot.
In 120ml worm water put 450g sugar and teaspoon of vinegar. Dissolve the sugar in gently heat. Once dissolved add color and tablespoon of glucose and mix everything. Put the wooden broach into the washed apple, and than dip and twist each apple in the hot toffee until cover. Place the apple on the baking paper to harden. And that is it... This measure is for 8 medium apples!
