The photos are great. It's a lot easier to digest juiced vegetables, too, which is especially helpful for those who are sick/have compromised immune systems. I prefer my vegetables juiced and my fruits whole....although, I do juice apples and grapes sometimes.
Whatever works best for you is best!
We do a green juice every day with a huge basket with seasonal greens and herbs. It's super potent! We make a lot of other juices and smoothies throughout the week, but green juice is a staple.
