ColorChallenge - ThursdayGreen - Tree On The Edge
We have a steep valley near where we live, I took the picture of this tree holding onto the side. I don't know how it survived clinging onto the rock there but it looks like it has been there a long time.
Camera: Nikon D5300
Lens: 18 - 55 Kit Lens
My guess is that it has a good grip as the roots in the crack and crevices in the rocks keep it stable and deep in the rocks it finds water there too.
Must have very deep and strong roots. Beautifully photographed Ruth.
