Is there Finally Rain Coming?

This is my entry for #ColorChallenge initiated by @kalemandra, and inspired by @princessmewmew

So I'm not sure if any of you know, there is a huge water shortage here in Cape Town.

People have been restricted to no more than fifty liters of water per day for each house hold, and that is really not a lot. Imagine having a family of four or more. To give you some context, flushing the toilet once is like seven to ten liters of water each time.

There has been pretty much no rain for months, so every time even the smallest clouds start forming we all get overly happy in hopes of some rain downpour.

Just as we got home from work today we saw it starting to get very clouding overhead, and some major dark grey clouds started appearing behind table mountain. You can't really see the mountain in the picture just above this.

Just on a side note, the city of Cape Town launched a save water campaign a few weeks ago and something pretty funny happened when they revealed the new water saving mascot, called Splashy. I present you with a video below of this very friendly guy, hope you enjoy.
