SEA GRAPES or "LATO"
This is seaweed grapes, but here in the Philippines especially Cebu we named it"LATO", most of us Filipinos we will make it an appetizer or some other thing , salad for the better.

this is one of my favorites. I miss eating it already. this lato is a good one.
This is the best appetizer for me, especially if you're viand is fried fish .
