Yosemite is a beautiful place especially in the night without any light pollution it's crazy how dark it can get. This shot was taken during the full moon rising over the Thinderdome of Yosemite national park!

ahh a mark III! That's the camera I've been wanting. I just posted on here the other day asking what everyone's setup was for photography and that I was inquiring about a Mark III. I see it puts out some fantastic shots! And I'll bet that stars are beautiful out there in person too
