Like a silent spectator, the ghost of the old casino in my town, which is now almost a ruin, enjoys the passers-by on a late February night.
The Genoese Lighthouse with its rectangular silhouette reminds us about old and forgotten times.

I love the melancholy of old forgotten buildings. Somewhere, on a desk is a book turned to a page. The reader having long abandoned it, yellowing paper facing cracked ceilings.
Like lost opportunities seeping in to the walls, streaking the paint with heavy regret.
Sounds romantic and sad. Do you know about the untouched apartment in Paris opened after 70 years? I was very impressed reading about it couple of years ago.
I think I've read about that.
There's something about a place that once was alive with activity, but left to the forces of decay and dust.
