America’s Mountain...Pikes Peak

You may find it hard to imagine that I have lived in Colorado Springs most of my life, and have never been to one of our top attractions, Pikes Peak. The mountain that inspired the song, America the Beautiful. Today, I finally made the trip up to the summit. Such a cool perspective of the landscape I call home. Highly recommend it. I tried the world famous doughnuts, and they were good. Tasted like corn dog batter honestly. I wouldn’t buy one again, but now I can say I did it. Check this one off my bucket list. #sublimesunday
