You can use: https://steemworld.org/@mandate or also the Cotify application which was created by our friend Alejo from the COTINA community.
In this community you will find a publication that talks about how to use this application. And in SteemWorld you must select at the end the option transfer-search and you will see another page where you can check your club status, you can see your withdrawals and power up, date of withdrawals, addresses, among others.
