Drink Coffee every morning help you many things.
Lot of people think, that drinking coffee not good for the body. But as you know, actually consume coffee everyday have lot of benefits.
-Caffeine from coffee will give stimulation . increase you energy level, than automatically make your brain more fast and smarter.
-Every cup of black coffee we drink has lot of nutrition, such as : vitamin B2 , Vitamin B5 , Manganese and Potassium , Magnesium and Niacin.
-And coffee will help you to burn your fat, research prove that caffeine increases metabolism process 3%-11% , and can burn your fat up to 10% .

I read the book about coffee and caffeine. it is just view benefits from coffee i have write. Caffeine still have lot another benefits. But i suggest you to drink coffee but less sugar. Coffee can be benefit able but can also dangerous if you drink it every day with too much sugar.

Caffeine has something that slows down the brain cells production over long term... this is new science (in the last 10 years or so)....

It is found that cells in the brain get replaced, and the regeneration of brain cells do occur. And Caffeine is one of the things that reduces that regeneration. Of course jogging improves regeneration as well ;)
