If we are used to roasting coffee mixed with milk in Portugal, people are extremely fond of roasted lemon baked coffee. Mazagran is actually the real name of a fortress in Alegria. A fortress army made a homemade casserole with cool lemon and helped keep the night hot and fight the heat of Africa. Mazagran later became a popular drink in the French and Portuguese sections. To enjoy this very simple cafe, just pour two exspresso cups and lemon juice into a glass, add sugar to drink and some ice cubes. So there was a cool cafe for hot summer noon!
