今天中午小弟朋友请全家吃饭
午餐又吃撑了
晚餐去朋友帮忙的店里吃鱼粉
好大一碗
粉吃完连汤都喝得差不多
貌似是减肥大计事与愿违
下午去了工作室热疗
骑自行车去大小河街
喝奶茶抄诗
又骑自行车一小时
