結束 : 區塊高度 : 8,856,000 ，約 2019 年 9 月 24 日

任何持有 ICX 的用戶都可以參與是次的預投票活動。
🎁 活動獎勵 :
獎勵將根據用戶的抵押和授權 ICX 數量,從 300萬 ICX 中獲得相應的獎勵。同時，如用戶將質押的 ICX 進行投票，還可獲得額外的獎勵。
