在@liuzg的帮助下，下载了Actifit Fitness Tracker，早上就下好了，可一直到晚上才开始有空摇。你别说，要是专门花时间来摇，还真挺闷的，摇到手都疼了还没达标，最后我找到了一个可以作弊的方法，哈哈哈！！！

After you open the Actifit Fitness Tracker, you can start shaking. The higher the Hi, the better. The red circle indicates the number of steps.

打开Actifit Fitness Tracker之后，你就可以开始摇起来了，必须要Hi，越Hi越好，图里红色圆圈表示步数，摇够数之后再发帖是最好的（5000步或者10000步）

Click on Post TO STEEMIT after shaking enough

摇够数之后点击Post TO STEEMIT

Will jump to a new page, fill in your steemit account name in the steemit usermane (without the @), as shown below
会跳转到一个新页面，在steemit usermane(without the @) 填上你的steemit账户名，如下图


Fill in your post private key in the steemit private posting key
在steemit private posting key 填上你的发帖私钥


Posting the private key is the permission in the steemit wallet, click on the display of the private key and copy it over, as shown below
发帖私钥是在steemit钱包里的权限，点击后面的显示私钥之后复制过来就可以了，如下图


Next, click on the icon in the red circle and a window will pop up.
下一步，点击红色圈中的图标，会弹出一个窗口


Tick the first Aerobics square, as shown in the figure, then press the back key
在第一个Aerobics的方格上打勾，如图，然后按返回键


Do not fill in the blanks in the circle below, leave blank, as shown in the figure
下图圈中的空白不要填，就留空，如图


Then, fill in the label in the post tags, as shown in the figure
然后，在post tags填写标签，如图


There must be thirty words in the post content. Since APP has limited recognition ability for Chinese, when writing in Chinese, words and words should be separated by spaces. As shown
在post content这里必须达到三十个单词。由于APP对中文识别能力有限，用中文书写时，字与字之间要用空格隔开。如图

After filling out, click on the post to steemit at the bottom, it will pop up a small window your post has been successfully submitted, indicating that your post has been successfully released!

填完之后就点击底部的post to steemit,它会弹出一个小窗口your post has been successfully submitted ，说明你的帖子已经成功发布了！
