Populous Pre-ICO sells out all tokens - May 23 2017

The new Populous (PPT) platform was scheduled to have it's PRE-ICO run from June 8th 2017 - July 7th 2017, with the ICO running from July 16th 2017 - August 16th 2017.
But on June 23rd in their Telegram channel, Stephen Williams , the founder and CEO of Populous stated:
"I have a feeling that all tokens will be accounted for by the morning."
This has been one of those ICO's that didn't make much splash on the various Youtube channels, but has been a sleeper. The sale accounts for 36 million coins at .0011 ethereum per coin.
Interesting. As I read another post on Populous and found out that there might not even be an ICO because the pre ICO is overwhelming, I quickly went and invested the minimum.
Exactly correct. Even though my title is off and the PRE-ICO is still running for a bit longer, the PRE-ICO has been so popular that the ICO will not run. It may have had a bit of the Clif High effect.
Haha yeah the Clif effect. I sometimes wonder. I don't believe he's a scammer but I think there's a lot of self fulfilling prophecy going on :)
