(Three organists) Organ Sonata No. 1 in E-flat major, BWV 525/3 - Johann Sebastian Bach
This video completes Bach's Trio Sonata No. 1 BWV 525. I had a lot of fun playing this with @organduo and @laputis. The six Bach Trio Sonatas are a collection of 6 pieces for organ (with 3 movements each). They are notoriously difficult to play because of the intricacies of the melodies, accompaniment and transparency of the piece as a whole. It's quite easy to fall apart and break down in trio playing. I must say playing one line each doesn't make it any easier either—having everybody in sync is a challenge. I think this movement is our best performance.
I look forward to recording another trio with my organ friends, that's if they trust me with another recording 😅
