#355/365, Rushing through the traffic in Bangkok, เดินทางอย่างรีบร้อนในกรุงเทพฯ

Yesterday was a bright and beautiful day in the morning. By late afternoon we got the monsoon rain with very loud thunder storm.

Life is full of contrasts and contradictions. We can be happy and smiling in a moment then something tragic and unexpected can tricker a sense of panic and sadness. I am trying to grapple with all the changing moods and vibrations everyday which is not easy at all. It’s just like my rushing through the traffic jam and feeling pressurized as I did not want to miss my train.

Only by pulling myself back to the present and asking myself what I was doing. Then, my attention came back to reality and the perception of the real world. Thinking with reasons and breathing with awareness, the mind started to calm down and act according to what’s required at that moment.

So, I started to enjoy life at the moment and started looking for photo opportunity. The dark clouds started to spread all over the sky. I was afraid of the down pour with flooding streets which could subsequently delay my journey to the station. Luckily, after all the dreaded storm lasting a whole hour, the sky cleared up and I got to the station through the traffic jam as if by magic. I was praying inside my mind for almost an hour. Mind vibration did work miraculously for me almost all the time.

เมื่อวานนี้เป็นวันที่ประหลาดมาก ตอนเช้าอากาศสดใสและแดดจัด ท้องฟ้าสีสวยมาก. แต่พอตกบ่ายๆเมฆดำก็เริ่มขยายตัวไปทั่วท้องฟ้า เราต้องขับรถด้วยความเร่งรีบและกดดันเพื่อให้มีเวลาเตรียมตัว ก่อนออกเดินทางไปสถานีรถไฟให้ทันเวลา ทำให้เราขับรถเหมือนนักแข่งรถท่ามกลางรถติด ความกดดันก็ทำให้ยิ่งเครียด และวุ่นวายใจ.

ชีวิตของคนเราก็วิ่งวุ่นไปกับสิ่งที่มากระทบประสาทสัมผัสต่างๆ ทำให้เสียพลังงานไปกับจิตที่วุ่นวายไปเรื่อยๆ เราได้สติจึงหันมาถามตัวเอง ว่าเรากำลังทำอะไรอยู่ พอความสนใจมาอยู่ที่ปัจจุบัน. และการหายใจ จิตก็เริ่มมองทุกอย่างแบบมีเหตุผลตรงไปตรงมา ทำให้การตอบสนองต่อสิ่งเร้าเป็นไปอย่างสมเหตุสมผล และเป็นธรรมชาติ ปราศจากแรงกดดัน. ส่วนพายุฝนก็เทลงมา พร้อมเสียงฟ้าร้องดังมากเป็นหลายชุด. เราก็วางเฉยแม้ว่าอาจจะตกรถไฟแน่นอน ภายในหนึ่งชั่วโมงพายุก็หยุด เราได้แท็กซี่ที่ยอมฝ่ารถติดไปด้วยกัน สักพักถนนก็ว่าง ทางเปิดให้รถทำเวลาได้ดีมาก ไม่น่าเชื่อว่าสิ่งที่เลวร้าย กลับกลายเป็นความสะดวกรวดเร็วราวใช้เวทย์มนต์ เราสวดมนต์ในใจเกือบชั่งโมงหนึ่ง เราเริ่มเชื่อเรื่องจิตและแรงสั่นสะเทือน หรือคลื่นความถี่ของจิต และคำสวดมนต์ ว่ามีพลังที่เราไม่สามารถจับต้องได้ เกินกว่าความเข้าใจของเราในขณะนี้
