Edinburgh Cityscape Trainspotting style

This shot always makes me think of Trainspotting the movie. Partly because that is Leith in the background, which is where the story is set, and I can imagine the characters sitting up there taking in the views of the city from there. They did film parts of the second film up there so it kinda fits.

I took this shot just after sunset when the sky is still a bit blue, the street lights are coming on and its still light enough to take a handheld shot.

      That's an awesome photo, I love the street lights lighting up and the people sat on the edge of a cliff.

        Thanks! Yeah, its a popular spot that. The ground makes a convenient seat on the cliff edge to take in the view. Real nice :)
