Christian-Trail Morning Prayer August 25 2017

Greetings fellow Steemians.

Today's prayer will be focused on our leaders, our cities, and our nations.

Will you join us in prayer?

“Let him know, that he which converteth the sinner from the error of his way shall save a soul from death, and shall hide a multitude of sins.” James 5:20

“Wherewithal shall a young man cleanse his way? by taking heed thereto according to thy word.” Psalm 119:9

“The king's heart is in the hand of the LORD, as the rivers of water: he turneth it whithersoever he will.” Proverbs 21:1

“And as ye go, preach, saying, The kingdom of heaven is at hand.” Matthew 10:7

Heavenly Father,

We come before You today, and we thank You for this new day to draw near to You.
Father, fill our hearts with Your desire that all should come to the knowledge of the truth and let us proclaim to all who will hear that Salvation is found in Christ alone. Lord, turn the hearts of many to You and give them the desire to seek Your truth and Your will in all things.

Father, we pray for our cities, that Your truth will once again ring out from the mountain tops, from the valleys, and from seas.

Lord, your word tells us that the hearts of our leaders are in Your hands and You turn their hearts as rivers of waters. We pray that You will give our president, wisdom and guidance in all of his decisions. Help him to make good and right choices that will bless our nation. Lord, we ask that You will protect our president and his family. Keep them safe from all would do them harm.

We pray that You will move not only in America but also in every nation, turning the hearts of the people to You Father God. Father send out Your foot soldiers who will proclaim to all who will hear saying, “repent for the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand!" Father, when Your will enters in, nations are subdued. There is so much unrest in the world today, and we know that time is short. Lord, help us to reach out to all who will hear that You are the way, the truth, and the life, and no one comes to the Father but by You Lord Jesus.

Father, please bless each person praying with us today. Bless them as they rise up for the day, and bless them as they lay down to sleep at night. Keep a hedge of protection around each of us and guide us in all that we do and say for Your glory. Father hear our prayers for the lost and let Your truth once again rain down on this unsettled world. If we are worthy of Your calling Lord, let each of us say what Isaiah said, “here am I Lord, use me.” Father, here on Steemit, we have an opportunity to reach out to many nations, and we ask that You guide our words and bless all truth that You lead us in sharing. Let Your truth touch the hearts of many. Lord, bless the Christian-Trail and let it be a place where Your truth and Your goodness will touch the hearts of many.

Thank You, Father God, for hearing our prayers.
