Results of Christchurch Terrorist Network Investigation

I wrote a while a go a post about the possible terror network next door linked to the Christchurch terror attack and I mentioned there would be a Police investigation. Well the results are out and here I would like to relay them in this article. The investigation tried to uncover how much a certain right group in Austria inspired the Christchurch attacker.

So as a recap, the Christchurch attacker that killed 51 mosque goers was before the attack in Austria where he met a leading figure of the Identitairy Movement (Identitäre Bewegung), which shares similar ideologies as found in the attackers Manifesto, and even donated 1500€. Martin Sellner was very thankfull for the donation, as among 250 doners donating in total 21 000€ within january to may 2018, "only" 3 would donate over 1000€, hence suggesting that one can drink a beer of coffee together in the future. Martin Sellner claims he only found out about the donation by accident while doing accounting for the group on a train. After the Christchurch attack he quickly deleted serveral emails before the unanounced house search and evidence confiscation, though a few screenshots were found of him thanking him and suggesting to drink beer together.

From his emails there seem to be serveral connections to radical right movements in Australia including to people demanding a picture of Hitler to be framed and hung up at every school in Australia.

Being a right wing group turns out to be very profitable. Between 2015 and 2018 the Identitairy movement earned 700 000€ profits in Donations, Membership fees and Propaganda Merchandize sales. Donations also come mostly from German right wing group AFD, Climate change deniers, Movie producers and right ring parties. There were payment memos such as "Fight Donation" or "Fullhearted donation of resistance".

Yesterday in the news they published how overwhelmingly high the right motivated crimes are in Germany after grouping them by ideology. Similar result was found in my terrorism statistic made from data from the Global Terrorism Database. Right wing terrorism is not a future threat, it already happens. Right ideology is no different in tollerance level than Wahabistic extremism. Europe is slowly developing into an extremist Christian Sharia state. After countless claims that foreigners are 'intollerant and violent' the right wing groups have become their claims them self.
