Chibera Sharing Voting Power
Chibera will now be sharing its vote power with the community to actively curate content. To get value out of the delegation people have let us use to create accounts and help the community. We will now help spread the tokens to more users.
Currently, only 10,000 users give or take are holding more than 500 Steem and this is really bad distributions. We think by SMT's it would be cool to have 100,000 users with 500 plus Steem and this is us doing our part. Chibera believes in Steem, its time for a user push, a larger spread of exchanges and users holding the token.
So we will be providing 1%-10% upvotes to users.
Want to help out? Well, delegating to chibera will get your perks for Chibera and will help with the community support initiative. We'll be watching out for abusers and taking a look at blacklists as well.

Also, have you considered waiting to upvote until 15 minutes? Since HF20, there's no advantage to authors self upvoting early: they lose their curation rewards, and that 25% of their value goes back to the reward pool, not to their pockets.
